Nothing on this site or in your account — the watchlist, the daily stock pick, the reference price levels, or the news feed — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation that any particular security or strategy is suitable for you. We are not your broker, financial adviser, or fiduciary.
2We provide market data and research tools only — never a specific trade or contract to buy, and never trade execution. StrikeSignal does not recommend a strike, expiration, or CALL/PUT direction, and does not place trades on your behalf. What you get is a live watchlist (price, nearest support/resistance zone, status, earnings, weekly MACD, IV Rank), one daily stock pick with supporting reference levels and a bullish/bearish read, and a scored news feed — you apply your own analysis and decide every entry, size, hold, and exit yourself.
6By signing up, you agree you are responsible for your own trading decisions and for any and all outcomes arising from them, including losses.
12The watchlist, daily pick, and news sentiment reads are all generated algorithmically, with no human override. No person reviews, filters, curates, or second-guesses any of it before it reaches you.
13StrikeSignal does not fire discrete buy/sell trade signals. There is no scoring threshold or "aligned components" gate that produces a recommendation to act on — the product is the underlying data (watchlist, daily pick, news), not a signal telling you what to trade.
Risk of loss
3Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Options can expire worthless. Leverage can amplify losses as readily as gains.

How our performance numbers are produced
14Win rate is based on backtesting and live paper trading — actual results may vary. Published statistics are derived from simulated or paper-traded positions. They do not represent real money traded in live market conditions, and your own results will differ.
Eligibility
9You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, and for holding whatever broker approvals options trading requires where you live.
Execution, timing, and availability
10StrikeSignal is not responsible for broker execution, slippage, or order rejections. What happens between your decision and your broker's fill is outside our control and outside our responsibility — including partial fills, price differences from the quoted level, rejected orders, margin or approval-level restrictions, and broker outages.
11Market data is time-sensitive — acting on stale data is the member's responsibility. Prices, zones, and the daily pick's reference levels move fast. Anything acted on late may be materially different from what was shown, and that difference is yours to bear.
8StrikeSignal reserves the right to pause or delay watchlist/daily-pick updates during extreme market conditions — including but not limited to extreme volatility, halted or disorderly markets, or failures in our upstream data sources. Pausing is a risk-control measure and may happen without notice.
Billing and cancellation
7No refunds on subscription fees for access already provided. Once watchlist/daily-pick/news access has been provided for a billing period, the fee for that period is non-refundable.
15Members can cancel anytime — no questions asked. Cancel and you will not be billed again; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
16We make money when you stay subscribed, not when you trade. We take no commission, no spread, and no cut of your P&L, and we are not compensated by any broker for order flow or referrals. Our incentive is your long-term success.
